If you are looking for the first (and/or the last) word on cooperatives, then the best site to start with is probably the Center for Cooperatives at University of Wisconsin, Madison.As far as other local, independent food co-operatives on the World Wide Web are concerned, the foremost is our near neighbor, North Country Co-op. Other Twin Cities food co-ops with a web presence include The Wedge and Mississippi Market.
In Northern Minnesota, Mesaba Co-op Park near Hibbing is one of the few remaining cooperative parks in the US.
