Board of Directors

The Hampden Park Co-op Board of Directors represents the interests of the membership in setting policy and director for store operations, and also oversees the management of the co-op through the general manager. Board members are elected at the Annual Meeting for three-year terms.

Additionally, each board member is on three committees, each of which meets monthly. Each committee meets monthly and reports back to the board.

The current Board members are A.K. Vincent, Jay Dregni, Karen Gill-Gerbig, Huong Nguyen, Marcia Hanson, Nicolet Lyon, Roseanne Rivers, Lisa Scribner, and Kathy Vaughan (staff representative).
